User Experience Design Instructors (volunteer Opportunity)

Role Description

This is a volunteer, remote role for a User Experience Design Instructor. As a UX Design Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive coursework on user experience design. Your day-to-day tasks will include teaching students the principles of design thinking, guiding them through user research and prototyping projects, and mentoring them on creating thoughtful, user-centered designs. Additionally, you will collaborate with other instructors and staff to create an engaging and supportive learning environment that empowers participants.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in User Experience Design (UXD), including Design Thinking and User Research
• Knowledge of Visual Design and Prototyping workflows
• Teaching or mentorship experience, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
• A passion for empowering diverse learners and fostering inclusivity in technology and entrepreneurship
• Experience working in design, tech, or related fields
