The Role
We’re looking for a
Product Designer (Individual Contributor)
to craft intuitive, cohesive experiences across
mobile and web
. This is
not a marketing or graphic design role
—you’ll design complex workflows for real users and partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high-impact features.
What You’ll Do
- Own design for the Sera mobile technician app and contribute to web platform UX
- Translate complex operational workflows into clear, usable interfaces
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specs in Figma
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout discovery, definition, and delivery
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos to ensure design intent is met
- Contribute to Sera’s design system and maintain consistency across products
- Support emerging AI-powered features with thoughtful UX patterns
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years
designing SaaS products for mobile and web (not marketing design)
- Strong UX fundamentals and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proficiency in Figma (components, prototypes, variants)
- Experience with Agile processes and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Comfortable conducting user research and usability testing
- Bonus: Experience with field service or operational workflows
Portfolio Required
Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing
mobile and web SaaS product design work
, including user flows, wireframes, and final UI examples. Solely marketing or brand design portfolios will not be considered.
