Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our remote product design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces that enhance user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

This role requires a blend of creativity, design thinking, and user empathy to craft seamless digital journeys from concept to final design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and design goals.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mockups using design tools.
• Design user interfaces that are visually consistent and aligned with brand identity.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and user behavior data.
• Ensure responsive and accessible designs across various devices.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices .
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in UI/UX design or product design .
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools .
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects.
• Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles .
• Knowledge of prototyping, usability testing, and user journey mapping .
• Ability to translate business and user needs into functional, aesthetic designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions .
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks.
• Exposure to Design Thinking and Agile methodologies .
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics .
