About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer with strong interaction design skills and a proven track record of delivering successful web projects. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of branding, UI responsive web design, a systems thinker and can translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows, and enjoys collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams.
You’ll be designing for a platform that enhances customer experience within the talent and opportunity ecosystem — shaping how individuals and organizations connect, interact, and engage. We’re especially interested in designers who have previously worked on Productivity tools, SaaS products, or Marketplaces, as these backgrounds align well with the interaction-rich, platform-oriented nature of our product.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered digital products with a focus on interaction design and seamless web experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring clarity to complex workflows.
- Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate and improve designs.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Partner with engineering teams (React.js, Next.js) to implement scalable, component-driven design systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI, SaaS, and marketplace design.
Requirements
- Min 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful SaaS, productivity, or marketplace projects with measurable impact on usability or business outcomes.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma / Framer /webflow)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design patterns, and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to work in agile, cross-functional product teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
