Senior UX Designer / UX Lead (Enterprise Platforms)
This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.Who We Are:

What You'll Do
- Lead UX from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimization
- Define UX vision for new initiatives and evolve existing platforms
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and stakeholders
- Create journeys, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Establish and govern design patterns and system conventions
- Support grooming, demos, UAT, and release readiness
- Mentor designers and improve UX processes
What You Need to Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 8–12 years of experience in UX / Experience / Product Design
- Strong experience with complex B2B enterprise products
- Technical leadership or people management experience
- Experience in IT domains (Networking, Cloud, Compute, Storage, IoT)
- Engineering background preferred
- Networking industry experience is a strong plus
Required Skills
- Expert-level UX strategy and systems thinking
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong stakeholder communication and influence skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
