Ui/ux Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into visually appealing and highly usable web and mobile interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
• Design intuitive UI for web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
• Ensure consistency across products and platforms
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development processes
• Experience working on SaaS, eCommerce, or mobile apps
• Knowledge of usability testing tools (Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting, etc.)
