Technical Program Manager
Location -San Francisco, CA ( Hybrid role)
Long Term
Key skills needed:
- End-to-end technical launch: ability to drive launches with Product, Eng., Analytics and UX design; ensuring requirements, UX design, technical design, and other deliverables are complete; work experience with launches for SAAS companies (ideally Onboarding, Adoption, PLG related) is highly preferred
- Stakeholder management and bias for action: ability to drive accountability and clarity during planning, code development, testing and go live
- Analytical problem-solving and being outcome-driven: ability to identify risks / issues and structure / align on clear next steps for resolution
- Communication and attention to detail: ability to share status, risks, issues succinctly with working team and executive leadership
