Job Summary
The
Senior Program Manager
will lead complex programs from planning through execution, providing
strategic direction, cross-functional leadership, and delivery oversight
. This role requires strong
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a regulated environment while delivering business-critical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage
moderate to complex programs
, taking a new perspective on existing solutions, plans, and goals.
- Provide direction on
overall program strategy, planning, and execution
.
- Own most or all
program deliverables
within the implementation plan.
- Initiate and manage
process improvements and pilot initiatives
from start to finish.
- Collaborate
cross-functionally
to solve problems, gather information, and host working sessions.
- Communicate
findings, insights, and recommendations
to various levels of management.
- Develop
budget forecasts
, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Create
new and ad hoc reports
, summarize results, and deliver actionable business insights.
- Operate independently on most issues while demonstrating strong judgment and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of related program or project management experience
.
- Advanced knowledge of
program/project management methodologies
.
- Proven ability to manage
multiple initiatives with demanding timelines
.
- Strong
leadership, planning, and communication skills
.
- Ability to work effectively in a
regulatory environment
.
- Demonstrated experience managing or directing
teams and cross-functional stakeholders
.
