We’re hiring a
Senior Program Manager (B2B Clients)
to own the full lifecycle of complex, multi-channel programs across brand, demand, media, CRM, and digital. This role is accountable for converting business objectives into executable plans, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering programs that are on time, on budget, and tied to measurable outcomes.
The candidates for this position must experience servicing B2B clients within an agency setting.
What You’ll Do
Program Ownership
- Convert business goals into clear work plans, briefs, milestones, and KPIs.
- Orchestrate integrated workflows across strategy, creative, media, CRM, and web.
- Run structured cadences, reviews, and approvals with zero ambiguity on decisions.
- Maintain dashboards, documentation, and reporting as the authoritative source of truth.
Operational & Financial Management
- Own budgets, SOWs, forecasts, and margin performance at the program level.
- Drive predictable burn and intervene early to correct deviations.
- Coordinate with Finance, Resource Management, and Account Leads to optimize staffing.
- Systematize workflows, templates, and processes to reduce cycle time and operational drag.
Client & Team Leadership
- Build strong, direct relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Mentor PMs/producers and elevate overall delivery discipline across teams.
- Surface risks early, resolve blockers decisively, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Model a high-accountability operating rhythm across all workstreams.

What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years of program/project management experience, with significant time in an agency environment supporting B2B Clients
(*Must have experience working in with B2B clients to be considered for this role)
- Demonstrated ability to run large, integrated marketing programs end-to-end.
- Strong financial management capability (budgets, forecasts, profitability).
- Advanced stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Experience managing external vendors and cross-agency partners.
- Proficiency in modern PM platforms (Asana, Workfront, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Ability to turn ambiguous objectives into clear, executable plans.
