Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager you will have wide range of responsibilities which includes but not limited to

- Provide strategic direction and oversight to engineering team.

- Remain involved in all stages of the development life cycle.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX Design, Stakeholders) to ensure that product aligns with program's overall objectives and goals.

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

- Effectively communicate plans, benefits and results to a variety of audience from individual team member to leadership team.

- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path

- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify issues, and devise contingency plans

- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

Skills Required:

- Overall 10+ years of experience with demonstrated technical program management experience and with at least 5+ years of React .NET core and Azure hands on experience.

- Must have development experience React, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, .NET core, Web API, Azure services etc

- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity

- Must have a successful track record of managing engineering programs

- Proven track record of managing engineering pods using agile principles

- Must have the interpersonal skills necessary to lead and coordinate with others to accomplish goals

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
