This role will be pivotal in managing and driving complex cross-functional programs that span multiple products. Accountabilities

Work with cross-functional product and engineering teams to conceptualize solutions
Be technically hands-on in building agents to pursue new ways of working in the AI delivery cycle
Program manage technical, complex, large scale initiatives from planning to delivery
Promote best practices in AI-human collaboration across all teams
Establish new measures and metrics appropriate for AI-native development
Create dashboards and monitoring systems for intelligent process oversight
Continuously measure and report progress towards goals
Lead day to day execution of programs while aligning with strategic objectives
Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Partner with Product and Engineering Managers for resource planning and prioritization
Set a gold standard for concise and polished communication
Act as a catalyst for change within the organization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Experience developing custom AI agents and workflows
In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies
7 to 12 years of overall engineering experience
5+ years in technical program management or similar roles
Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives end to end
At least 4 years of experience interacting with organizational leadership
Technically savvy with expertise in leading engineering discussions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
PMP certification or equivalent
Cloud or data-related certifications are a plus
