W2 Long Term Contract to Hire
Atlanta, GA (hybrid-onsite)
Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to drive meaningful business value through the delivery of high-quality product enhancements that support sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction . This role is focused on incremental product improvements , strong cross-functional collaboration , and data-driven decision-making .
This is a true Product Manager role with ownership over product roadmaps, business reviews, stakeholder communication, and reporting , working closely with engineering, design, and business partners across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage product roadmaps , ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities
- Drive incremental product changes that deliver measurable business value
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver product initiatives
- Conduct thorough business reviews , including performance analysis, insights, and recommendations
- Access, analyze, and interpret data to inform product decisions and responses
- Develop and maintain applications, dashboards, and reporting models
- Prepare and deliver clear, effective presentations to stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Support and enable cross-functional product teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Contribute to initiatives focused on improving efficiency, customer experience, and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager
- Strong experience managing product roadmaps and product strategy
- Demonstrated ability to work with data, analytics, and reporting models
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, and design teams
- Strong stakeholder management , communication, and presentation skills
- Experience conducting business reviews and presenting insights to leadership
- Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting sales-driven or revenue-impacting products
- Familiarity with enterprise or large-scale digital platforms
- Background in data-informed product optimization or continuous improvement initiatives
Additional Notes
- Contract engagement with strong cross-functional exposure and leadership visibility
- Ideal for PMs who enjoy business impact, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven product decisions
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $65.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
