Role Summary
As a Product Manager, you will own and drive Compyl’s Compliance and Evidence Management product area. This role is focused on delivering high-impact, customer-facing capabilities that help organizations manage controls, evidence collection, audit readiness, and ongoing compliance.
You will work closely with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, and leadership to understand regulatory requirements, customer workflows, and business priorities, translating them into clear product direction and executable plans. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with meaningful ownership and visibility, but no people management responsibilities.
Success in this role requires strong product judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term platform health.

Pay Range: $140,000 to $170,000 (Geographic differentials may apply based on local market rates.)
