We are seeking a full-time Associate Product Manager to join the Sourcing and Production team! This position will provide critical support to the Product Manager in executing the seasonal product line strategy from concept to delivery. This role is a key cross-functional partner, ensuring products meet performance requirements unique to Holderness & Bourne, align with brand aesthetics, and achieve target margins and timeline goals.
Job Overview & Responsibilities
Product Development & Production Management.
- Participate in the development processes with our manufacturing partners & NY team, following up on all fabric, lab dip, trim and proto submits for approval falling in line with seasonal timeline and ensuring brand quality and integrity are maintained
- Assist in tracking and maintaining the seasonal time & action calendar, ensuring all deadlines for development are met, proactively flagging any risks to the Product Manager
- Create and issue sales sample po’s, track and receive, ship to all sales reps
- Review product development and production WIPS with the product manager weekly to identify any issues, ensuring on time delivery. Communicate any delays to the design/tech/planning/ops team
- Coordinate and distribute all submits daily to the design and tech team, keeping accurate and up to date records of what is due, what is in transit and what has been received
- Maintain all departmental files as needed withing the sourcing systems
- Daily communication with mills, factories and cross functional teams, building collaborative relationships
- Attend weekly cross-functional team meetings
- Support and collaborate on the company sourcing strategy, recommending any process improvements and identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in product development and production a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment is essential
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with both domestic cross-functional teams and overseas vendors
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable learning new technology and proficiency using software tools
- 1-2 years of experience in sourcing or product development in the fashion industry a plus
- Foundational understanding of the apparel manufacturing process, including garment construction, textile science, and raw material sourcing a plus
- ERP software knowledge, specifically SAP is a plus
- A passion for the game of golf and product management is highly desired

Location/Travel Requirements:
