What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our AI-driven SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate has worked in a fast-paced startup environment, understands the nuances of SaaS product development, and is passionate about solving real-world problems using AI. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, design, and business to bring impactful ideas to life.
What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)
- Own and drive the product roadmap and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions.
- Prioritize features and enhancements using data, insights, and intuition.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Analyze product performance metrics and iterate to improve user experience and business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in SaaS, AI, and user behavior to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B product-led startup
- Educational background from a Tier 1 institution (IITs, IIMs, top engineering or business schools preferred)
- Hands-on experience working on SaaS products, with exposure to AI-powered or data-driven products being a strong plus
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment with evolving priorities
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear product direction
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with engineering, design, and business teams
- Data-oriented mindset with experience analyzing product usage, defining metrics, and running experiments such as A/B tests
- Familiarity with modern product and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Notion, Figma, and analytics platforms
Nice to Have
- Exposure to building products for SMBs or the Indian market.
- Technical background or working knowledge of APIs, AI models, or cloud platforms.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks.
- Passion for AI, productivity tools, or digital transformation of traditional industries.
