Role Overview :
We are looking for a
Mobile App Product Manager
to own and scale The Sleep Company’s Android & iOS apps. This role will drive
app-led growth, conversion, retention, and engagement
, working closely with growth, tech, design, CRM, and business teams.
You will be responsible for
end-to-end product ownership
from discovery and roadmap to execution, measurement, and iteration.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Own the
mobile app product roadmap
aligned to business goals (GMV, conversion, repeat, LTV).
- Define
clear success metrics
(North Star, input vs output metrics).
- Identify opportunities to shift users from web/marketplace to app and increase app stickiness.
Growth & Conversion
- Drive
app conversion rate optimization
across PDP, PLP, checkout, login, and payment flows.
- Partner with performance, retention, and CRM teams on:
- App-only offers
- Personalization
- Push, in-app, WhatsApp deep links
- Own experimentation (A/B tests) with fast learning loops.
User Experience & Engagement
- Improve
first-time user experience (FTUE)
and onboarding.
- Build features to improve
repeat rate, frequency, and app MAU/DAU
.
- Work closely with design to ensure high-quality UX aligned to brand standards.
Execution & Delivery
- Translate business problems into
PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Manage trade-offs between speed, quality, and tech debt.
Analytics & Insights
- Deeply analyze user behavior using tools like Firebase, GA, Mixpanel, Clevertap (or equivalent).
- Monitor funnels, cohorts, feature adoption, crashes, and performance metrics.
- Drive decisions using data, not opinions.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the
single owner
for the mobile app across business, tech, growth, and operations.
- Communicate roadmap, priorities, and outcomes clearly to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience :
- 4–7 years of Product Management experience (consumer tech / D2C strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of
mobile app funnels and growth levers
.
- Hands-on experience with:
- App analytics
- A/B testing
- Feature experimentation
- Ability to balance
business outcomes with user experience
.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have :
- Experience in D2C, retail, or omnichannel brands.
- Experience working with CRM, loyalty, or subscription features.
- Exposure to quick commerce or marketplace integrations.
