What you’ll do:
- Work alongside the development team to create new product features and enhancements that will delight our customers
- Participate in elaboration and design sessions to understand and refine requirements to be implemented
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for both frontend and backend
- Build, execute, and maintain automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality releases
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and ensure high-quality releases
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and API testing
- Monitor and debug issues in AWS environments
- Ensure best practices in test data management, defect tracking, and automation reporting
- Analyse and troubleshoot problems, develop and simplify procedures, and find innovative solutions
- Collaborate with scrum team members during sprint planning and daily standups and share your accomplishments during sprint reviews
- Communicate, document, and work efficiently across multiple teams
- Define and lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies for projects and programs
- Determine test scope, methodologies, resource estimation, and risk mitigation strategies
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience with designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining and improving software using Agile methodology
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, APIs, and AWS / AWS Services
- JavaScript/TypeScript experience desired
- Experience with the following tools and technologies:
- Automation Tools: Selenium WebDriver or Playwright (mandatory)
- API Testing: Postman
- CI/CD: Integration experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
- AWS Cloud: Familiarity with EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, and CloudWatch
- Version Control: Git (branching, pull requests, merge reviews)
- Test Management: JIRA, TestRail or Xray
- Familiarity with observability tools such as New Relic or Grafana
- Cross browser testing: Sauce Labs or Browser Stack
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
