Experience: 10+ years in SuccessFactor (5+ years in Product Management)

Mandatory: SAP SuccessFactors EC,RCM,ONB,PMGM,LMS | Certification required

We’re looking for a strategic Product Manager with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing) to drive product vision, roadmap, and agile delivery across HR ecosystems.

🔹 Own product roadmap & backlog (Jira/Azure DevOps)

🔹 Translate business needs into scalable features

🔹 Drive agile delivery & continuous improvement

🔹 Strong stakeholder & vendor management

🔹 Workforce analytics & compliance understanding

🔹 AI/data-driven product decision-making experience is a plus
