Product Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager – SAP SuccessFactors with proven experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and relevant certifications . The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors products, ensuring alignment with HR and business objectives while delivering scalable, compliant, and user-centric solutions.

This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead complex global implementations from discovery through post-go-live optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations , including:
• Requirement gathering and solution design
• Configuration and build oversight
• Integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment
• Go-live and post-implementation support
• Act as the product owner for one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as:
• Employee Central
• Performance & Goals
• Compensation
• Recruiting & Onboarding
• Learning Management
• Succession & Development
• Partner closely with HR, IT, business leaders, and implementation partners to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Drive release management , enhancements, and SAP quarterly upgrades
• Ensure solutions adhere to data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor adoption, system performance, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Support integration efforts with SAP S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party HR applications
• Stay current on SAP SuccessFactors roadmap, innovations, and best practices
• [10+] years of experience in Product Management, HRIS, or SAP SuccessFactors roles
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations (at least one full lifecycle)
• Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and talent management

Certifications (Required / Strongly Preferred)

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s) such as:
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
• SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning
• SAFe, Scrum Product Owner, or Agile certifications (preferred}
