The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, dealer engagement, and sales growth across assigned territories. The role focuses on channel marketing, dealer promotions, branding, and market expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with sales targets
- Plan territory-wise promotional activities for dealers, retailers, and contractors
- Coordinate brand campaigns with principals/manufacturers
Dealer & Channel Marketing
- Design dealer schemes, incentive programs, and loyalty initiatives
- Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, painters, and contractors
- Organize dealer meets, painter meets, product launches, and roadshows
Branding & Visibility
- Manage in-shop branding, outdoor branding, hoardings, wall paintings, and POP materials
- Ensure correct brand representation across all markets
- Monitor branding ROI and effectiveness
Market Development
- Identify new markets, dealers, and growth opportunities
- Conduct competitor analysis and pricing intelligence
- Support sales team in penetration of new territories
Campaign Execution & Budget Control
- Execute ATL / BTL marketing activities
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, printers, and vendors
Team & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
- Guide marketing executives and field promoters
- Track performance and provide regular MIS reports
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of paint industry / building materials market

- Leadership and team management skills
Educational Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)

- Experience in Paint / FMCG / Construction materials distribution
- Exposure to dealer-driven and B2B marketing models
