About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences for our web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Maintain and expand our design systems to ensure design consistency.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with user needs and business goals.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design (adjust for level)
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, InVision
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms (Android/iOS)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and best practices
- Ability to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive designs
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is mandatory
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or collaboration with development teams
- Experience with design systems or component libraries
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
