Job Summary:

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Data Analyst – Retail / E-Commerce to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will analyze customer, sales, and product data to support business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Data Collection & Management

Gather, clean, and organize retail and e-commerce datasets.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.

🔹 Data Analysis

Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and product performance.

Provide insights to support marketing, pricing, and inventory decisions.

🔹 Reporting & Visualization

Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Present insights to business and marketing stakeholders.

🔹 Team Collaboration

Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver analytics solutions.

🔹 Tool Utilization

Leverage SQL, Excel, and BI tools for analysis and reporting.

🔹 Data Governance

Ensure data quality and reliable reporting standards.

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

✅ Minimum of 2 years of data analysis experience

✅ Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent communication abilities
