If you’re driven to build category-defining technology and want to shape the future of offline communications, join our high-caliber team and help us transform the way the world sends mail.
What you’ll do:
As a Product Analyst based in India, you will be the data partner for our global product team. You will spend your time diving into user behavior data to uncover insights that will shape our product roadmap and drive user adoption across North America, Europe, and APAC.
Your Responsibilities:
- Behavioral Analysis:
Use tools like Mixpanel and Amplitude to track how users interact with our dashboard and API, identifying points of friction.
- Experimentation:
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve key metrics like "Time to First Send" and "Renewal Rate."
- KPI Monitoring:
Build and maintain automated dashboards that provide real-time visibility into product health for the executive team.
- User Journey Mapping:
Quantify the "ideal" user path and identify the behaviors that correlate with high long-term retention.
- Collaboration:
Partner with Product Managers in Canada and the US to validate their hypotheses with hard data.
- Market Insights:
Analyze competitive data and industry trends to identify gaps in PostGrid’s current offering.
What Will You Bring To This Role:
- You are a data storyteller who doesn't just present numbers, but explains what they mean for the business.
- You possess a "product-first" mindset, always asking how the data can lead to a better user experience.
- You are highly analytical, with the ability to find patterns in large, complex datasets.
- You are proactive, often finding insights that nobody even thought to look for.
- You are a strong communicator, able to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.
- You bring high attention to detail, knowing that a small error in tracking can lead to big errors in strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product or Data Analyst in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap).
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
- Excellent visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Ability to work flexible hours to ensure overlap with North American product teams.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or Developer-tooling company.
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data modeling.
- Knowledge of GA4 and web tracking implementations (GTM).
- Experience with feature flagging tools like LaunchDarkly or Optimizely.
- Degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics.
- Prior experience working for a global startup.
