Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 3–4 years of experience who can manage, analyze, and report business data, with a strong preference for candidates who have handled lead management and data analysis using Lead Squared.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze lead data, sales funnels, and conversion metrics
• Work extensively on Lead Squared for lead tracking, performance analysis, and reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
• Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to generate actionable insights
• Monitor KPIs, lead quality, campaign performance, and revenue trends
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting
• Support sales and leadership teams with data-driven insights

**Required Skills & Qualifications -**3–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst

• Hands-on experience in Lead Squared (mandatory/preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and reporting tools
• Experience with dashboards and data visualization (Power BI / Tableau preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams
