<Responsibilities>
- Develop and program robotic systems using Fanuc and other robotics platforms to automate manufacturing tasks.
- Design, troubleshoot, and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems (DCS) for seamless operation of automated equipment.
- Create detailed schematics and blueprints using AutoCAD and SolidWorks to support system installations and modifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis on automation issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate tooling, machining processes, and vision inspection systems into automated solutions.
- Perform system testing, validation, and commissioning of automation equipment in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Provide technical support for robotics integration, including robot programming, schematic interpretation, and troubleshooting of mechanical or electrical failures.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience with Fanuc robots and robotics integration within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in programming automation systems using PLCs and DCS platforms.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to optimize process efficiency.
- Experience with vision inspection systems and distributed control systems (DCS).
- Knowledge of CGMP standards applicable to pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing is a plus.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD tools for designing automation components and tooling.
