What You Will Be Doing

• Build and sustain AI-powered test automation frameworks that produce test cases, scripts, and datasets for thorough validation
• Apply GenAI tools to evaluate testing results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement
• Model user behaviors, stress scenarios, and boundary conditions to reveal potential failures before they affect end users

• Leverage AI and automation technologies to accelerate product delivery and reduce product defects

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code first and use AI tools afterward for verification or refinement, rather than leading with AI, then this role is not suitable for you)
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in QA automation
• Expertise in Selenium and at least one of these programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
• Demonstrated professional experience applying AI tools to automate quality assurance processes
• Working knowledge of CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
