𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time with Cogent IBS

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞: Remote

𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 (primarily) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐌 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 (secondary)

Responsibilities:

• Validate data accuracy, precision, and recall metrics.

• Test ETL pipelines, APIs, and SME review interfaces.

• Design automated and manual test cases for confidence bands.

• Validate audit trails, lineage, and compliance requirements.

• Support regression testing during model retraining cycles.

Skills:

• Data quality testing

• SQL, Python testing frameworks

• Experience testing AI/ML systems preferred
