We are seeking an experienced Physical Design Engineer with deep expertise in place-and-route, floorplanning, and timing closure for advanced low-nanometer designs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience taking complex P&R blocks through full closure and collaborating across synthesis, STA, and clocking domains to deliver high-performance silicon.

Own physical design implementation including floorplanning, place-and-route, and timing closure for complex design blocks
Drive blocks from initial P&R through full timing and physical closure
Perform and support Static Timing Analysis (STA) using industry-standard tools
Collaborate with synthesis and STA teams to resolve timing, congestion, and power challenges
Develop and validate timing constraints , particularly for high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, DDR)
Analyze and optimize clocking architectures , including CTS and clock quality
Debug timing violations and propose architectural or implementation-level fixes
Work closely with cross-functional teams (RTL, synthesis, verification, and layout) to ensure successful tape-out
