Educational Qualifications

BE in E&C/E&E/Telecom/Instrumentation

Undergone Embedded Training for ARM Processors, Strong Hardware knowledge in

Analog and Digital Electronics

Experience

4-7 years relevant experience in NPD/NPI/R& D/Design & Development with

Instrumentation, Analog Electronics background

Basic Skills Needed

 Analog & Digital Circuit Design

 Very good in Embedded C & C++,

 Expertise in embedded hardware and software - design & integration

Must Have Skills

 Experience in Hardware Design especially in Instrumentation products

 Good Microcontroller System Design

 Experience in selection of Microcontroller or Microprocessors

 Extensive Knowledge with ARM 7,9/Cortex/SoC and its Programming

 Circuit Schematic Capture using industry standard EDA Tools

 Handled atleast 1 product lifecycles in his experience

 Good Experience on embedded firmware hardware integration

o Integration of ADC,DAC,Sensors, etc.

 Good Experience of working on Communication Protocols I2C,SPI, RS232,

RS485, Ethernet and other Wireless Protocols

 Low Level Device Driver Development overview

 Experience in System Level Testing of prototypes & pilot batches

 Application Testing & Debugging

 Production Release Documentation

Desired Skills

 PCB Designing

 Hardware Designing Skills, Analog & Digital Circuitry

 Experience in Hardware or circuit debugging

 Designing System level Software architecture

 Experience of handling complete Instrumentation projects from Design to

Prototype

 Embedded Linux QT UI Development

 Linux Driver Development Experience ( Kernel & BSP Development included)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for he/she, who is a self-starter, willing to go the extra mile, has the

passion to learn and will be working in the design and development environment and be

focused on creating custom control and instrumentation products. The position will offer

unique and complex engineering challenges that require persistence, original thinking

and a positive attitude.

Project Management

 Responsible to complete the project relating to new hardware platform creation,

hardware circuit design or production introduction

 To meet NPD Launch Targets & Deadlines assigned to them

 Effective Planning & Scheduling for the project to meet the objectives

 Will be responsible for the project by managing 1 or 2 engineers

Design & Development

 Converting the requirement document to design tasks

 Designing & developing the hardware circuit

 Building prototypes and validating the designs

 Supporting the Design & Development of Firmware, Driver Development

 Interacting with external vendors to make prototypes or bringups

 Resolve problems using solutions that involve new techniques, technologies, or

concepts.

 Review and evaluate the development of the design and assists in problem

solving.

 Assisting the team in hands on proto building, circuit rigging, debugging or testing

wherever required

Process Adherence

 Ensuring the quality of designs for the project meets the production & quality

requirements.

 Following the work flow practices & ISO process as per company policy

 Ensuring Documents & Records are updated and maintained as per the company

policy

 Helps in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of D&D

procedures.

Reporting

 Daily,Weekly, Monthly Reports to the Manager on tasks, results and productivity

 Work with manager to create a strategy & plans for the team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹351,403.29 - ₹1,540,348.46 per year
