Full Stack Engineer

Position : Full Stack Engineer (Back End Strong)

Experience : 3 - 4 years

Location : REMOTE

Contract to Hire Role, further depending on performance

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise and solid

frontend capabilities. The ideal candidate enjoys owning features end-to-end, working with

large-scale textual data, and experimenting with GenAI-driven use cases. You’ll collaborate

closely with product, AI, and DevOps teams to build scalable, modern applications.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI

● Write efficient, asynchronous code using Async/Await

● Work extensively with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, especially for handling large

volumes of textual data

● Design schemas, write optimized queries, and implement PL/pgSQL stored procedures

in PostgreSQL

● Build responsive and performant frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and

modern state management

● Collaborate on system design, API contracts, and data flow across services

● Deploy, monitor, and maintain services with a high level of ownership

● Experiment with and integrate GenAI capabilities into real-world applications

Required Skills

Backend (Strong)

● Proficient in Python

● Hands-on experience with FastAPI

● Strong understanding of Async/Await and asynchronous programming

● Deep working knowledge of MongoDB

● Strong experience with PostgreSQL

○ Query optimization

○ Handling large-scale textual data

○ PL/pgSQL and stored procedures

Frontend

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript

● TypeScript (mandatory)

● Experience with React

● State management using Redux Toolkit (RTK)

● Styling with Tailwind CSS

DevOps (Optional but Preferred – Ownership Mindset)

● Experience with Docker

● Familiarity with AWS services:

○ S3, EC2, ECS, ECR

○ Load Balancers

○ EventBridge

● Basic understanding of networking concepts:

○ VPCs, Subnets

○ Public vs Private networks

GenAI Experience

● Ability to effectively use GenAI Studio features such as:

○ Knowledge Bases (KB)

○ Agents

○ Tool Calls

● Hands-on experience working with raw LLM APIs (e.g., Claude)

● Comfortable being evaluated via a practical assignment if required

Good to Have

● Experience building AI-powered chat or assistant use cases

● Understanding of hybrid search techniques

● Experience using pg vector or vector databases

● Exposure to semantic search, embeddings, or RAG-based systems
