Python + UI Full Stack Developer (Python Backend + Angular/React Frontend)
Position Summary
We are seeking a pragmatic, hands-on Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus in Python (FastAPI) and proven frontend experience building production-grade user interfaces using Angular or React. This role owns end-to-end delivery of features: designing and implementing backend services, exposing secure APIs, and building responsive, maintainable UI components that consume those APIs. The ideal candidate is comfortable in both domains, writes clean, testable code, and collaborates closely with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to ship reliable software.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional experience developing backend services in Python, including production experience with FastAPI (or equivalent frameworks).
3+ years of professional frontend experience in either Angular or React (TypeScript preferred).
Demonstrable experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend clients.
Strong understanding of relational databases (Postgres preferred) and ORM usage (SQLAlchemy or similar).
Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design techniques.
Experience with version control (Git), code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
Strong debugging, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance speed with code quality.
Good written and verbal communication skills; able to document designs and explain trade-offs.
