This is a 100% remote position. About Your New Role We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Internal Platform Team. This role offers the opportunity to build and ship real features in a high-volume, production environment while helping modernize a well-established platform. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver scalable, reliable code that directly supports core business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain key features and services.
Develop scalable, resilient backend components and intuitive frontend interfaces.
Collaborate with peers across Product, Sales, Finance, and Vendor Management to deliver business-aligned solutions.
Contribute to the design of event-driven, queue-based systems focused on reliability and fault tolerance.
Write maintainable, testable code and participate in reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of platform services.
Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.

Must-Have Technical Expertise

3+ years experience designing, building, and maintaining features across backend (PHP and Python) and frontend (React) with a 50/50 focus.
Proven experience building highly scalable, concurrent systems.
Familiarity with Azure (preferred) or other cloud platforms, including serverless orchestration.
Solid understanding of authentication/security standards (OAuth 2.0, mTLS, secrets management).
