🧠 Senior ML Researcher (LLMs)

As a Senior ML Researcher, you will lead research initiatives focused on Large Language Models and applied AI for voice-based healthcare systems. You’ll work at the intersection of cutting-edge research and real-world deployment, collaborating with ML engineers, product teams, and leadership.

🧩 What You’ll Do

Lead research on Large Language Models and foundation models

Design and run experiments on model architectures, training, fine-tuning, and alignment

Develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and metrics for LLM performance

Publish and present research internally and externally (papers, blogs, talks)

Translate research outcomes into production-ready systems

Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models at scale

Stay up to date with advancements in LLMs, NLP, and AI research

Mentor junior researchers and contribute to long-term research strategy

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You

Have 5+ years of experience in ML or AI research

Hold a PhD in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory)

Have hands-on LLM research experience (training, fine-tuning, evaluation, or alignment)

Have strong background in NLP, deep learning, and transformers

Are proficient in PyTorch or TensorFlow

Have a strong publication record or demonstrated applied research impact

Can clearly communicate complex research ideas to technical and non-technical audiences

Thrive in high-ownership, early-stage startup environments

Preferred:  Alumni of  IITs, IIITs, IISc , or other top-tier global research institutions
