What You'll Do
The Power Apps Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing out-of-the box and custom functionality within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, leveraging tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, Teams and other Microsoft 365 services.### Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to develop, support, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain the applications within Microsoft Power Platform.
- Administer the environments and ensure they are compliant with good practices and standards.
- Develop various automated forms, workflows, and specialized WebParts, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Deliver training for end users in classroom and/or field environment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, and repair components and service applications.
- Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform trends and developments.
- Definition and implementation of interfaces between Power Platform solutions and other systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Role Qualifications
- Attention to detail, thorough and meticulous.
- A strong understanding of Power Platform, out-of-the-Box functionality and the ability to follow Power Platform good practices is vital.
- Ability to work under pressure within tight timeframes and deadlines.
- Projects enthusiasm and motivation and a desire to learn.
- Knowledge of one or more development languages or tools from the following list: (JSON, AL, .Net, XML, SSRS).
- Working knowledge of SQL and understanding of how to administer SQL to support Power Platform is a big plus.
- Ability to develop custom web applications using the standard tools.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging Power Platformfeatures.
Education and Experience* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience required
- Five (5)+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platformdevelopment, including related security and permission settings preferred
- Two (2)+ years of hands-on experience in the following: Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow, Forms, and Microsoft Teams preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the principal job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards.
- Must be able to periodically lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must possess auditory and visual acuity.
