Job description
Position: Senior BI Anayst (Legal ++)
Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 Base Salary with OT & Bonus
Ranking: Top 10 Midsize Firm
Logistics: NY, DC, LA
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Chief Information Officer and department leaders to design, build, and maintain Power BI data models, dataflows and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain a data warehouse environment using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Create ETL pipeline using Power Query and related tools.
- Build and manage Power Automate workflows to support business process automation.
- Develop document automation solutions to reduce manual administration work.
- Prototype and deploy solutions using Microsoft Azure AI Services, AI Apps, and AI Agents.
- Assist in researching, testing, and evaluating new technologies for business operations and legal services needed.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Define and implement best practices for data governance, automation standards, and AI tool usage.
- Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to IT team members.
