Brief Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes, optimize resource allocation, and forecast future trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the collection, cleaning, and processing of large datasets from various sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within the data.
- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future outcomes and optimize decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models and analytical tools.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in data science and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring or leading a team of analysts is a plus.
