• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and

technical teams, gathering requirements, defining data governance rules, and

supporting the design and implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements

• Define data models, match/merge, and survivorship business rules

• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure functional

alignment

• Perform data validation, UAT, and assist in issue triage and resolution

• Document user stories, workflows, and configuration specifications in

Agile environments
