- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with dashboards (Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, HubSpot, or similar).
- Extensive experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms (HubSpot etc.).
- Ability to work with the
Zoom camera open during shift

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Paid Media & Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing team. This role will focus on
crunching numbers, building actionable reports, and providing insights across marketing channels, primarily paid media
, while also supporting ad hoc reporting for other marketing initiatives like organic campaigns, social content calendars, and performance tracking.
Reporting directly to the Paid Ads & Funnel Director, you’ll be the go-to person for turning raw data into
clear, actionable insights
that inform strategy and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for all paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Develop ad hoc reports for other marketing channels, including organic social, email, and content marketing initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity across multiple dashboards and reporting platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
- Translate complex data into clear, digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and highlight trends, anomalies, and optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign planning and forecasting.
- Assist with social media and content calendars by providing performance insights and recommendations.
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with dashboards (Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, HubSpot, or similar).
- Comfortable working with large datasets, analyzing trends, and drawing insights.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple reporting projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in English
- Bonus: Experience in the property, finance, or performance marketing industries.
