About the Role
As a
Business Analyst (Integrations)
, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our customers' HR technology ecosystems and our Workplace Equity platform. You will be the primary point of contact for technical onboarding, ensuring that data flows seamlessly and accurately.
This role is designed for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys technical troubleshooting and client relationship management. By managing the end-to-end integration lifecycle, you will directly accelerate client time-to-value and allow our Engineering teams to focus on core product innovation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Implementation & Onboarding:
Lead the integration process for new customers, specifically focusing on platforms like
Workday, SAP, UKG, ADP, and Merge
.
- Data Mapping:
Identify, analyze, and map new data fields between client HRIS/Payroll systems and internal schemas to ensure data integrity.
- Customer Success:
Conduct regular check-ins and manage all email communications regarding integration status, timelines, and technical requirements.
- Issue Resolution:
Proactively monitor integration health, identify bottlenecks, and follow up on technical issues until full resolution.
- Level 1 Support:
Act as the first line of defense for integration-related inquiries, documenting FAQs and troubleshooting common errors.
- Process Improvement:
Track internal implementation procedures and suggest optimizations to reduce onboarding cycle times.
- Quality Assurance:
Conduct rigorous testing of data feeds to ensure compliance with Workplace Equity reporting standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Technical Support, or Implementation role.
- Technical Tools:
- SQL:
Basic to intermediate proficiency for querying databases and validating data mappings.
- Jira/Devops:
Experience using Jira/Azure Devops for ticket tracking and documentation and FAQ maintenance.
- Excel:
Advanced skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data auditing.
- HRIS Familiarity:
Practical experience or strong familiarity with major HRIS platforms (e.g.,
Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or ADP
) is highly preferred.
- Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Organization:
Strong project management skills with the ability to track multiple client onboardings simultaneously.
