Email security in 2026 will not look like what the current gen products are. Attackers are gaming every defense of gateway and behavior based products, we are here to build the next generation email security company using an LLM-native architecture. We are a VC-funded startup, building from India to the world.
This role is critical to strengthening the core detection engine and provide key input into context engineering for LLMs.
Job Description - Independent Contributor Role
- Analyse detection patterns and add context to LLMs
- Work with detection engineering team to fix False Positives / False Negatives
- Reviews with clients / MSSPs on detections
- Provide inputs to strengthen detection systems
- Build internal tools using AI-agents to automate at scale

Eligibility / Skills needed
- Must have email analyst prior experience, general SoC experience without email will be rejected
- Deep understanding of headers, email auth, content analysis, URL analysis
- Ability to find patterns / do analysis / build regular reports
- Communications skills for client interactions
- Ability to work remotely in a self-starter mode
- Minimum experience: 2 yrs
- Bonus: If you have managed teams / hired analysts
- Salary range depends on experience and skills
- Lower range for entry level analysts: 6-9 LPA
- Upper range for candidates who bring in product thinking, people management, internal tools building etc.- 8 - 15 LPA
- Eligible candidates showing high agency, scale will be given ESOPs after 1st year
